The total area of the project is about 8.1 hectares, and three high-rise buildings will be built. The central area will be the Greenland Plaza. At that time, the company will introduce international-level high-class hotels to create an international appearance.

Mori Building said that it began to engage in dialogue with local residents for this case, dating back to 1989, 30 years ago; through 30 years of the entire Heisei era, it continued to communicate with about 300 landowners and finally reached an agreement. Almost all landowners express their willingness to stay in the local area.
